Molly attended Fletcher's Meadow Secondary School and later graduated from Ontario College of Art & Design University (OCAD). She started her career as a Cart Attendant at Osprey Valley Golf Resort in June 2009 and worked there until November 2012. While working there, she also served as a Druxy's Supervisor at Caledon Ski Club from December 2010 to April 2012. After that, she worked as a Parkskeeper at the City of Brampton.
